Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Analytics Consulting

Responsibilities

Requirement gathering

• Drive discussions with business and internal stakeholders to understand client requirements
• Co-own and lead the planning, development, documentation, and day-to-day management of Data Science and AI solutions products prioritizing client’s objectives and business goals

Scoping & solutioning

• Ability to collaborate with Technical SMEs such as Data Scientists, Data Engineers and ML Engineers from Tiger and Client side to design AI and ML solutions
  - Based on client requirements, detail out scope of work and devise high level task breakdown and timelines

Requirements

• Have experience in leading teams sized 10-15 people spanning across multiple projects and client stakeholders
• Understand multi-functional (Data Science, Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering & Operations) team's skill sets and identify appropriate task owners depending on the work plan
• Identify and report on dependencies, risks, priorities, deliverables, and milestones as part of weekly/monthly status reports to senior leadership
• Identify logistics required for project delivery - Tools, accesses, resources, project management artifacts, communication channels, standup meetings, review meetings, status report format and documentation requirements
• Drive discussions during internal-team standups (offshore-onshore, offshore only) and client standups
• Drive hypothesis generation / EDA on key business problems through exploration of data sources
• Lead experimentation strategies for AI/ML modelling with the help of DS/DE/MLE
• Own the quality of deliverables - Identify gaps, potential improvements, best practices, and drive implementation of these
• Track the business value metrics and impact delivered via AI/ML products/solution
