Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Anaplan Product & Solution Architecture to own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of our Anaplan platform across Finance, Revenue Operations, and GTM planning. This role is accountable for ensuring Anaplan operates as a scalable, enterprise-grade planning platform, tightly aligned to business strategy and executive decision-making.
This leader will serve as the product owner, architectural authority, and strategic partner for Anaplan—balancing near-term business needs with long-term platform integrity, while influencing senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales Ops, IT, and Data.
What You Will Do
Platform Strategy & Product Ownership
Own the enterprise Anaplan vision, roadmap, and investment strategy
Define and communicate platform outcomes, success metrics, and value realization
Act as the final decision-maker on scope, prioritization, and trade-offs
Translate executive objectives into clear product strategy and delivery plans
Lead intake, prioritization, and release planning across multiple planning domains
Ensure adoption through change management, enablement, and stakeholder alignment
Solution Architecture & Governance
Establish and enforce enterprise Anaplan architecture standards (DISCO, ALM, UX, performance)
Design and oversee multi-model, multi-workspace architectures that scale with the business
Define end-to-end data flows, integrations, and system dependencies
Partner with IT and Data teams to design governed integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP)
Own model lifecycle management, versioning, and technical governance
Evaluate new Anaplan capabilities and drive architectural evolution
Leadership & Influence
Serve as the executive-level Anaplan SME and trusted advisor
Lead and mentor internal Anaplan resources and external partners
Influence senior stakeholders across Finance, RevOps, Sales Ops, and IT without formal authority
Drive alignment across competing priorities and planning cycles
Represent Anaplan strategy in executive forums and planning discussions
What You Will Bring
Required
8+ years of experience delivering enterprise Anaplan solutions
Prior experience at Senior Manager, Principal, or Director level owning planning platforms
Proven track record as a Product Owner and/or Solution Architect for complex planning ecosystems
Deep expertise in Anaplan best practices (DISCO, ALM, UX, performance optimization)
Strong understanding of Finance, RevOps, Sales Ops, and GTM planning
Experience designing and governing enterprise integrations (Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP, data platforms)
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification
Experience in high-growth, transformation, or post-merger environments
Familiarity with agile product delivery at enterprise scale
Background in data architecture or analytics ecosystems
In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $173,000 to $288,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
