This role is responsible for building, scaling, and managing a high-performing affiliate creator ecosystem across multiple social commerce and affiliate platforms. You will recruit, activate, and engage hundreds of creators to drive consistent content output, engagement, and measurable performance across TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, affiliate networks, and emerging commerce channels. The position requires a strategic and systems-minded operator who can design scalable community frameworks, incentives, and engagement strategies while ensuring creators consistently deliver results. You will work cross-functionally with strategy, operations, paid media, and client services teams to translate performance signals into actionable improvements. Accountabilities:
Recruit, onboard, and manage a large affiliate creator community across multiple brand portfolios and commerce channels
Design and implement scalable community infrastructure, including communication cadences, engagement channels, and incentive structures
Drive consistent creator output and engagement across affiliate networks, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta Commerce, and livestream formats
Coach and motivate creators on best practices for social commerce, affiliate content, and platform-specific conversion strategies
Monitor community health and engagement metrics, proactively addressing performance gaps and identifying opportunities to increase participation
Partner with Affiliate Operations to ensure seamless tracking, linking, and commission alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creator activation with broader performance objectives and campaign goals
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or creator community management
Proven ability to recruit, activate, and manage creator or affiliate communities at scale
Strong understanding of affiliate and social commerce content, including what drives engagement and conversions
Experience activating creators on TikTok Shop, affiliate networks (Impact, Awin, CJ, etc.), or similar performance-driven platforms
Systems-minded with the ability to build scalable processes rather than relying on 1:1 management
Analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate, motivate, and inspire creators at scale
Comfortable working cross-functionally with strategy, operations, and paid media teams

Competitive salary range of $75,000 – $85,000, determined based on experience, qualifications, and local market factors
