Senior Manager, Account Management

The Senior Manager of Account Management leads the strategy, execution, and performance of our account management function for the highest value, most strategic employer partners. This senior leadership role owns long-term partner satisfaction, enterprise-level revenue growth, and deep strategic alignment between employer objectives, student engagement, and organizational business development. This leader will guide a top performing team to deliver measurable impact while personally managing and influencing relationships with C-suite and senior decision maker at our largest partner organizations. They will drive multi-year growth strategies, oversee complex partnership agreements, and serve as the primary voice of the partner in internal planning.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy for enterprise-level account management.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on partnership trends, revenue forecasts, and market opportunities.
  • Lead strategic planning for partner portfolio growth, retention and expansion.
  • Own annual and multi-year revenue targets for the highest-value partnerships.
  • Develop growth plans that include upsell, cross-sell and co-branded initiatives with measurable ROI.
  • Forecast revenue impact from strategic portfolio.
  • Shape cross functional strategies with student engagement, marketing, and business development to deliver integrated solutions for partners.
  • Guide digital marketing and thought leadership efforts that elevate both partner and organizational visibility in the market.

  • Complies with all policies and standards
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 6+ years progressive professional experience in student finance, customer service, or a related field Required
  • 3+ years Experience in a management role and leading teams Required
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level or Fortune 1000 accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and retention.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and executive communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of employer relations, workforce development, and higher education partnerships.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $84,354 and $152,331. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
