Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Your job:

• Implement and productionise ML-based services using Sagemaker
• Work on NLP and LLM projects, applying your expertise to contribute to and build on our existing solutions.
• Utilize IaC and CI/CD best practices to increase the efficiency in deployment and management of resources.
• Collaborate with our Data Scientists team to design and implement ML workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, explaining complex machine learning concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• You will join an established team owning self-hosted LLM-based internal services
• You have influence on design, planning and implementation of technical solutions.
• You will be collaborating closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Cloud Developers

Qualifications

• Strong team player, willing to learn from and contribute to an experienced team
• High engagement, proactivity, and sense of ownership
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in production-level Python (Clean, SOLID)
• Industry experience in Amazon Sagemaker deployment
• Experience in deploying and scaling LLMs in production
• Experience with IaC (Terraform), CI/CD (Atlassian Bamboo) and test automation best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects is a plus.
• Experience with PyTorch or transformers is a plus.
• Experience with managed Vector DBs is a plus.
