Senior Machine Learning Engineer Onsite in Riyadh - Octopus by RTG

Octopus by RTG is on a mission of connecting top notch ogranizations around the globe with top notch talents. We are currently looking for Senior Machine Learning Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for generative AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), voice assistants, and agents.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific use cases and integrate them into scalable applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design efficient data pipelines and preprocessing workflows.
• Research and implement innovative techniques to improve model performance, interpretability, and scalability.
• Analyze model outputs to identify and resolve biases or performance issues.

Requirements

• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Strong background in NLP and conversational AI.
• In-depth knowledge of deep learning and large language models.
• Experience with speech processing tools (e.g., Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text).
• Knowledge of conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
