We are looking for senior-level R&D engineers to join our Machine Learning team at Deep Origin.

Your primary responsibility will be to research and develop novel ML methods for protein-related problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable machine learning models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning methodologies and state-of-the-art neural network architectures.
• Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, design, and develop efficient machine learning methods.
• Perform performance benchmarking, analyze results, and optimize models.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Take initiative and ownership of tasks, ensuring project success.
