Job Summary:
Unleash your AI wizardry as a Senior AI Engineer! You will be responsible for not just maintaining our AI stack, but making sure that it soars above customer expectations. Dive deep into the forefront of AI innovation, matching strides with the globe's elite AI trailblazers. Be the compass, charting the course for our pioneering research, and become the driving force behind the transformative features we roll out. You will play a major role in defining the direction of our research and development work and will be responsible for planning and delivering major features.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and evaluate Generative AI models for healthcare industry.
Partner with TPMs and developers to build and deploy Generative AI systems to extract insights from senior care data.
Define and build MLOps pipelines to increase product shipping velocity.
Mentor and guide other team members to help them grow and successfully deliver projects.
Design and build monitoring solutions to surface the workings of ML models.
Lead the technical roadmap and evolve the ML infrastructure.
Fine tuning, training open source LLMs.
Choose the right algorithms and tools for Gen AI tasks.
Create benchmarking data for Gen AI tasks.
Analyze results and refine models.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in Scala or Python for mission-critical apps.
At least 2 years of experience in building ML and data pipeline architectures.
Experience in AI / Generative AI and ML.
Familiarity with deep learning techniques and ML algorithms.
Expertise in Python or Scala and experience with large datasets.
Knowledge of semantic representations, vector mapping & k-means clustering.
Strong understanding of text representation techniques, statistics, and classification algorithms.
Familiarity with ML frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn).
Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
Track record of delivering successful software projects from conception to production.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Education:
B.Tech/B.E./MS/PhD in Computer Science & Engineering from top-tier school (IITs, RECs, etc.).
