About the Role

We are looking to hire an experienced senior logistics professional to join our Oude Meer office. This role is accountable for the end-to-end logistics performance of the NL hub, including inbound consolidation, break-bulk operations, and global last-mile distribution. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.

What You'll do

Own NL Hub Logistics Performance

• Take full ownership of fulfilment operational KPIs: speed, accuracy, service levels

• Drive daily execution while maintaining a strong focus on scalability and process robustness

Run Global Fulfilment & Dispatch

• Own end-to-end outbound operations: pick/pack, labelling, courier allocation, and dispatch

• Manage carrier relationships (e.g. FedEx, UPS, Brinks) and optimise for cost, speed, and reliability

Build & Scale New Workflows

• Lead the rollout and optimisation of new fulfilment streams (e.g. Express, Jewellery, Melee)

• Design and implement SOPs to support operational complexity and growth

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce errors

• Leverage data to inform decisions and improve operational performance

Lead & Develop the Team

• Manage, coach, and develop junior team members

• Instil a culture of accountability, precision, and operational excellence

Cross-Functional Ownership

• Act as the primary interface between fulfilment, customer support, supplier teams, and global stakeholders

• Proactively communicate risks, delays, and recovery plans

What You'll Need

• Must have 4+ years of logistics experience from any industry, luxury goods experience is beneficial

• Must have experience stock control of high value products

• Familiarity with courier services such as FedEx, UPS, Brinks and experience using tracking systems is beneficial

• Attention to detail is a must

• Honesty, professionalism and integrity are essential

• Desire and ability to work in a fast growing company where processes change continuously
