This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Market research (DoW/civilian for detection/collection)
  • Maintain inventories/FACTS/AASC duties
  • Schedule/execute maintenance/update databases
  • Purchase equipment/software/expendables
  • Generate shipping load-outs
  • Facilitate/certify haz/non-haz transport (up to MILAIR)
  • Material mgmt/property accountability/stock control/req processing
  • Prepare guidance/reports
  • Assist DD200 (liability)/DD250/DD1149 reviews
  • Receive/inspect/inventory/load/unload/store/issue/deliver/dispose supplies
  • Coordinate lifecycle maintenance/upgrades
  • Maintain warehouse (organization/req/receipt/shipping/storage/accountability/preservation)
  • Assist badging/access

  • Track/route purchase requests
  • Assist PM with material lifecycle
  • Backup Communications Specialist

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Clearance: Interim SECRET required to start; TS/SCI eligibility.
  • Education: Not specified.
  • Experience: 7 years in DoW logistics and COMSEC.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain professionalism, and communicate effectively in a classified environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn Government systems quickly.

 

Desired Requirements:

  • Prior DIA and/or Intelligence Community experience supporting directorate-level leadership.
  • Experience with Government task/action tracking, correspondence routing, and executive briefing support.
  • Experience with DTS, travel coordination, and visit/support activities (as applicable).
