An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as its Senior logistic & development manager

The Senior logistic & development manager will manage the logistic service delivery for the on-board services on channel and continental routes in order to deliver the catering service in an efficient manner.

The role will entail extensive travel to France, Belgium and the UK.

Missions:

• Ensure the effective management of supplier relationships and contract negotiations in order to maintain high service standards, secure favourable terms, and support the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Manage the financial and service delivery performance in order to guarantee the operational performance, customer satisfaction and financial respect of the budget.
• Develop and implement strategic projects that improve logistic efficiency, reduce costs, and increase robustness of the service delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with other departments in order to ensure seamless service integration across all relevant business units.
• Champion the development and execution of sustainability initiatives within logistics operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners in order to minimise environmental impact, enhance resource efficiency, and align service delivery with the organisation’s sustainability commitments.
• Plan and maintain BAU operations during periods of transformation in order to safeguard the customer and colleague experience

Requirements

Languages

• Fluent in French (written and spoken)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Professional Expertise

• Strong logistics expertise
• Proven experience in project planning and execution, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Solid catering expertise
• Demonstrated finance and budget management expertise,

Customer Orientation

• Advanced customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver high-quality service

IT & Office Tools

• Medium proficiency in Microsoft Office tools:
• PowerPoint
• Excel
• Word
