If you want to:
Take full ownership of the lifecycle marketing strategy (email, push, in-app);
Build comprehensive lifecycle journeys from scratch, covering onboarding to winback;
Design and implement automated flows using Iterable or similar platforms;
Drive key metric improvements across the funnel: activation, conversion, retention, and churn;
Conduct structured A/B tests on messaging, timing, and segmentation;
Collaborate closely with product and data teams on events, triggers, and segmentation;
Create high-performing lifecycle messaging with design and content teams;
Own lifecycle reporting and feed insights into the overall growth strategy.
And you can check off:
Proven hands-on experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing;
Familiarity with Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, or similar platforms;
Proven track record of improving activation, conversion, and retention metrics;
Strong understanding of user journeys and funnel optimization;
Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis;
Ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities and execute quickly;
Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and analytics teams.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience with subscription or SaaS products;
Have worked on mobile app lifecycle marketing (iOS/Android);
Are familiar with attribution tools and product analytics platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
