About role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Lending Consultant to join our team. Specialized in providing expert advice on digital lending processes and systems within banking transformation projects, including loan origination, credit risk assessment, and loan management.

Requirements

• Provide lending domain expertise to clients, focusing on end-to-end loan origination, credit assessment, and loan servicing systems.  
• Support sales and pre-sales activities by demonstrating solutions tailored to lending workflows, crafting proposals, and client presentations aligned with industry best practices.  
• Assist clients in defining their digital transformation strategies relating to lending, including process automation and system customization where required.  
• Conduct requirements gathering, process analysis, gap assessments, and solution design for lending processes.
• Lead system configuration, testing, data migration, and documentation for loan management software.
• Help clients establish controls and best practices for lending operations—such as credit approval workflows and borrower onboarding.  
• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and client staff on lending systems and capabilities.
• Manage project scope, risks, and schedules, ensuring on-time delivery that meets client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years' experience in banking or finance, specifically in lending, credit, or loan management.  
• Proven experience with lending software platforms—including origination, credit scoring, loan servicing, or collections systems.
• Understanding lending regulations, compliance, risk management, and industry standards.  
• Exposure to digital lending, core banking transformation, and automation projects.  
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).  
• Certifications related to digital lending or credit risk management are beneficial.
