Senior Legal Specialist

Description

• Act as an Account Liaison for commercial teams with various commercial teams to handle day-to-day incoming requests to identify and protect the company's interest.
• Draft, review, edit and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, and licensing agreements.
• Ensure that contracts align with company policies, country’s regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ensure that contracts with foreign entities align with the country’s regulations.
• Advise management and other stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's compliance.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory requirements and potential risks.
• Advise on daily legal matters, and assist in resolving legal disputes
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• faculty of law – English section is a MUST.
• 3 to 5 years of experience within international organization in the technology industry.
• Experience in overseas transactions is a MUST.
• Fluency (written and oral) in English and Arabic is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of relevant legal areas, excellent drafting, contract interpretation and negotiation skills.
• strong understanding of the principles of risk analysis in commercial contracts.
