Senior Legal Counsel

We develop our activities in various fields, ranging from digital healthcare, medtech, agritech, aquaculture, cyber security, luxury products and more.

Currently, we are working in the development of more than 8 start-ups companies, and searching for a dedicated and experienced senior legal counsel to join our legal and financial team, and help us support the various aspects of our different commercial activities.

Responsibilities:

- Handling and supporting all legal activities and relationships in the portfolio

- overseeing the work of the portfolio's law firms.

- Ensure compliance to legal requirements worldwide – registrations and licenses (e.g., local & International regulatory bodies).

- Analyzing and identifying legal and financial risks and implications.

Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years experience working in top tier law firms or as in-house: general legal matters, corporate and commercial law, start ups, financing rounds, commercial contracts (licensing agreement; manufacturing agreements, distribution etc), etc.

- Experience in IP matters - advantage  

- Experience in international tax law -  advantage.

- Background in accounting - advantage
- Excellent verbal communication skills, negotiation and extended legal knowledge.
- Must be hard worker, dynamic and proactive personality, team player, self-starter.
- Good organizational, planning and time-management skills with ability to perform multiple tasks, work on short lead times and meet tight deadlines.
- English – Native or Proficiency level
- Fully remote.
