Your Role
As a (Senior) Legal Counsel, you’ll join a collaborative and international legal team where you’ll work across diverse areas of law. Location: Berlin, Germany (on-site 3x/week)
Your Impact
Advise on legal matters across commercial, corporate, compliance, and regulatory domains
Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed legal thinking into business decisions
Anticipate and mitigate legal risks through practical, scalable processes
Support post-merger integration, corporate governance, and other cross-functional projects
Your Skills
Fully qualified to practice law in Germany (Second State Exams with at least “befriedigend”), the US (bar admission), or England & Wales (Solicitor qualification)
Strong expertise in commercial law, contract drafting, and negotiation
Ability to assess legal risk and develop pragmatic, business-oriented solutions
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across functions
Full professional fluency in English, including legal drafting and negotiation
