What your day-to-day will look like

• Formalizing the corporate acts of Brazilian and foreign EBANX companies and monitoring the conclusion of other legal procedures;
• Reviewing the corporate acts/documents formalized by other members of Corporate Affairs team;
• The relationship with the foreign law firms and monitoring their procedures related to the corporate acts;
• Organizing and monitoring the schedule of ordinary and extraordinary meetings that must be held in companies;
• Participating in meetings, including with external advisors, shareholders, managers and other stakeholders;
• Participating in the M&A processes, representing the Corporate Affairs team;
• Providing support for all EBANX teams in matters related to corporate acts.

What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor of Laws;
• Solid experience with corporate law and procedures relating to the preparation of corporate acts of Brazilian and foreign companies;
• Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is desirable;
• A keen interest in learning, working with and developing a career in Corporate Law.

Bonus points if you have

• LL.M. in Corporate Law
• Experience in M&A transactions and corporate governance for listed companies.
