We’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do

In this role, you’ll:

• Taking the lead in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing complex commercial contracts in Brazil, navigating a fast-paced regulatory landscape.
• Spearheading advice on intricate corporate matters, including incorporation, reorganization, and corporate governance of companies, in a constantly evolving market.
• Providing crucial legal support for cutting-edge operations within the gaming and betting industry, ensuring regulatory compliance in a rapidly expanding sector.
• Expertly negotiating with third parties and rigorously monitoring contractual obligations, often under high-stakes conditions.
• Crafting precise legal reports and recommendations in Portuguese and English, effectively communicating complex legal concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborating seamlessly with international teams, aligning with global company policies in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Possess a Law degree and current license to practice in Brazil.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and contractual law, preferably in the gaming industry. Dive into a fast-paced environment where your expertise will be crucial in navigating the intricate world of gaming law.
• Advanced language skills in English both verbal and written in order to thrive in an international setting where linguistic agility is a key asset.
• Critical analytical skills and attention to detail in complex contracts. If you're passionate about untangling legal complexities and ensuring precision, this role offers an exciting arena for your talents.
• Experience working in international environments and with transnational regulatory frameworks. This is your chance to shine in a dynamic, global landscape, applying your knowledge to a diverse range of international legal challenges.

Bonus points if you also have

• Advanced language skills in Spanish both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of specific gaming and betting regulation in Brazil.
• Experience in negotiating multinational contracts.
