Senior Legal Counsal

• Provide legal support and advice on ICT areas legal issues, assess and handle risks for the company’s governance, operation, and transaction;
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements, etc.;
• Support negotiation and communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities;
• Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function
• Work location is Istanbul

Requirements

• Graduated from a well-known law school
• 3+ years of working experience as a Legal Counsel in ICT & Digital field;
• Good understanding of the ICT industry and digital business;
• Good prioritization and time-management skills;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• A deep understanding of the data protection area is a plus
