Senior Legal Associate (Hybrid)

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Legal Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing practical, business-oriented legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements and legal documents.

• Handling, monitoring, and managing all aspects of corporate transactions.

• Meeting with clients to provide tailored solutions for their business needs.

• Ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and procedures.

• Providing legal support for relocation matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and procedures.

Requirements

1. Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

2. 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably at an ASP or law firm.

3. Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).

4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

5. Positive attitude and ability to build strong client relationship skills

6. Dynamic, self-motivated, career-driven mindset.

7. Strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

8. AML certification is an advantage.
