YOUR ROLE:
Due to the rapid growth and expansion of company operations, currently, we are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor/ Attorney-at-Law to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Sofia office.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advise and lead on a wide range of legal matters relating to the company’s day to day operations and strategic initiatives, both EU/ UK-focussed and globally;
Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with service providers and other partners;
Prepare statements, minutes, reports, terms of service for our products and services, internal policies, procedures, etc.;
Continuously monitoring compliance with statutory obligations and advising managementaccordingly;
Identify, assess, manage and report risks to the business and provide appropriate legal solutions to mitigate risk.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
Master’s Degree in Law;
At least 5 years experience in the area of civil and corporate law;
Еxcellent knowledge of Bulgarian civil and commercial law;
Excellent command of English language (written and spoken);
Strong English-language legal drafting skills;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Superior analytical and writing skills;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Detail-oriented.
