We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning & Development Specialist to own the end-to-end management of key learning and development programs that drive employee growth, enhance performance, and align with our strategic business objectives. With 5-6 years of dedicated experience in L&D, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our learning culture by designing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving critical learning pathways, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a rapidly evolving environment.
