Senior / Lead QA Engineer

As we expand across markets, we’re looking for a Senior or Lead QA Engineer who’s passionate about driving quality from the ground up. You'll be a key part of our Engineering team—leading testing strategy, scaling automation, and ensuring our releases are bulletproof.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead QA Strategy & Standards

Own and evolve our approach to quality—across manual, automated, and exploratory testing.

• Build & Maintain Automation

Develop robust automated test suites across web, mobile, and API layers using tools like Cypress, Selenium, and REST Assured.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work hand-in-hand with developers, product managers, and DevOps to release reliable features faster and smarter.

• Mentor & Uplift the Team

Guide junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Own Defect Lifecycle & Reporting

Drive defect triaging, root cause analysis, and release readiness checks using clean metrics and insight.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in software testing, with at least 2 years at senior or lead level

• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing

• Hands-on knowledge of automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, etc.)

• Experience in Agile development environments

• Strong communicator, proactive mindset, attention to detail

• Bonus: performance/security testing, cloud testing experience, or ISTQB certification
