We are looking for a Senior Designer who aspires to grow into Art Direction, joining the Brand & Marketing team with a strong creative instinct, solid execution skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, agencies, photographers, and other creative partners. The right candidate has design at their core, a sharp aesthetic sensibility, and a consistent premium output. They are passionate, excited by art direction, comfortable brainstorming, and able to execute at a level that inspires confidence.
Brand guidelines & systems: Develop, refine, and use WeWork India’s brand guidelines; create scalable design systems across projects and products; ensure brand consistency across digital, print, product, social, photography, event, and sales assets; elevate the brand through premium visual output.
Building opening campaigns: Lead end-to-end campaign design for new building launches - from ideation to execution, across social, newspapers, billboards, website, digital media, sales collateral, events, and partnerships; deliver designs that are premium and differentiate WeWork from its competitors.
Digital media: Ideate and execute assets for digital marketing channels to drive CTR, open rates, and performance benchmarks; across assets like static ads, carousels, GIFs, videos, emailers, and newsletters with a premium visual language that supports lead generation.
Product campaigns: Brainstorm and build narrative-led product campaigns; translate storytelling into visual formats; collaborate with agencies for campaign films and cutdowns; ensure final outputs meet premium quality standards.
Photography & videography: Work with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality image and video banks for building openings and product needs; maintain and deploy organized asset libraries for cross-team usage.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with marketing, events, technology, social media, sales, and community teams to deliver requirements; support in creating process for faster TATs and consistent quality across assets.
Innovation: Drive creative innovation through new formats, ideas, and campaign approaches; proactively pitch concepts and challenge the status quo while maintaining a premium aesthetic and bringing forward out-of-the-box design.
Strong fundamentals in brand guidelines, typography, layout, campaign films, and visual identity across print and digital.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Mainly Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
Bonus (good to have): motion graphics, editing skills, UI/UX.
Experience working with photographers and videographers, creating photography guidelines, content libraries, and visual strategy.
Experience with agencies and production houses to deliver film-led campaigns and premium storytelling.
Understanding of performance media and digital marketing, and how to optimize assets across emailers, newsletters, ads (static + video), OOH, and CRM.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, photographers, and videographers.
Ability to manage multi-track campaign delivery across multiple products and stakeholders.
Supports resource planning, pipeline tracking, and deliverable management for internal teams.
Supports budgeting, invoicing, and procurement processes tied to creative output.
Ability to work independently with structured communication, ownership, and accountability.
