Join refurbed as our Delivery Solutions and Operations Lead — and shape the future of circular commerce across Europe. We’re looking for an experienced B2C e-commerce and platform logistics professional to shape and scale Refurbed’s shipping and delivery experience.
Your mission: improve delivery satisfaction, influence NPS and retention, and elevate the customer experience while navigating the complexity of a marketplace model. You’ll combine logistics expertise, Product & Tech fluency, and commercial acumen to lead initiatives end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and building business cases to collaborating with Product, Tech, and Supply to bring them to life.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Several years of e-commerce logistics experience, ideally from a marketplace, combining operational know-how with strong Product, Tech, and commercial fluency.
- Highly analytical — able to turn complexity into clear business opportunities and scalable operational solutions.
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative — skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders and partners around shared goals.
- AI-literate and data-driven, using technology to make smarter, faster decisions.
- An experienced negotiator and relationship builder, comfortable working eye-to-eye with senior external partners.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Define and execute Refurbed’s shipping and delivery strategy, focusing on express shipping, reverse logistics, preferred carriers, and alternative delivery locations.
- Act as the business owner for logistics initiatives, shaping scalable, seller-friendly solutions with Product & Tech.
- Build and validate business cases for new shipping models and delivery experiences, ensuring commercial soundness and operational feasibility.
- Develop and manage carrier partnerships, negotiating terms, ensuring performance, and driving adoption of best-performing carriers across markets.
- Lead and develop one Carrier & Operations Manager.
