What You’ll Do:
  • Design and Implement Scalable Data Solutions
    • Lead the design and implementation of innovative, scalable data solutions using Snowflake and other cloud platforms, ensuring the data infrastructure meets current and future business needs.
    • Build and maintain Customer 360 data models, integrating data from CRM, product usage, marketing, support, and finance systems to provide a unified and trusted view of customers.
  • Churn Modeling & Analysis: Develop and implement models (including predictive analytics and AI/ML approaches) to identify patterns and signals indicative of churn risk, customer health scores, and expansion opportunities.
  • BI & Dashboard Development: Create and maintain high-impact dashboards, reports, and alerts using BI tool (Tableau) to provide real-time visibility into customer behavior, engagement metrics, and churn performance for GTM leadership and customer success teams.
  • Automation & Workflow Optimization: Design and implement automated workflows to trigger proactive interventions, such as alerts to customer success managers when usage drops, or personalized re-engagement campaigns for at-risk accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to translate business needs into technical data solutions, ensuring alignment and a unified view of the customer journey.
  • GTM (Go-To Market) Analytics & Revenue Insights
    • Design and deliver GTM analytics solutions to support Sales, Marketing, FP&A and Customer Success teams, including funnel performance, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue attribution.
    • Enable actionable insights for account segmentation, expansion identification, and lifecycle analysis across the customer journey.
    • Data Governance & Quality: Establish common metric definitions (ARR, ACV, TCV etc) and ensure high data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all GTM data sources to build trust and reliability in reporting.
  • Build and maintain GTM data pipelines: Own ingestion, transformation, and syncing of CRM data, product-usage telemetry, billing data, and third-party enrichment data in Redshift to support GTM analytics workstreams.
  • Develop core GTM & revenue data models: Improve operational efficiency through standardization of datasets for SalesOps, RevOps, Finance, and the executive team, while establishing common metric definitions across revenue, customer segments, and more.
  • Ship dashboards, alerts, and decision-making tools: Improve telemetry into business performance by building dashboards to track things like sales funnel performance and pipeline quality. Better inform GTM leadership through automation of weekly/monthly reporting and establishing a revenue forecast.
  • Own the GTM analytics roadmap: Partner with GTM leadership and Team to maintain a backlog of GTM analytics engineering work. Proactively identify the next set of capabilities the GTM org needs (forecasting, routing logic, new usage signals, etc).
What You’ll Bring:
  • Expert-level knowledge of Snowflake, AWS RDS, MySQL, and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end scalable cloud data platforms, supporting analytics, AI/ML, and operational use cases.
  • Experience enabling and supporting AI/ML workflows, including feature engineering, data preparation for models, and integration of predictive insights into analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on or working knowledge of Snowflake Cortex, including leveraging native LLM and ML capabilities for use cases such as customer insights, churn signals, text analysis, and automation.
  • Proficient in SQL and Tableau with experience in building data sources and dashboards for high-level business insights.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., Fivetran, Boomi).
  • Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.
  • Capable of leading cross-functional teams and projects in a remote/offshore environment.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including designing and managing robust integrations with Snowflake to support analytics, Customer 360, and GTM use cases.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau Analytics, with experience building executive-level dashboards, data products, and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML-driven solutions within modern data architectures, translating advanced analytics into actionable business insights.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship, strategic decision-making, and driving innovation.

Compensation Overview
  • Base Salary of $126,800 - $169,000 USD per year + discretionary annual bonus subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan.
  • Total compensation range for this position: $126,800 - $169,000 USD per year.
