We are looking for:
Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced Senior LCC Operators to join our high-performing team supporting Client’s Live Control Center (LCC) operations. The Senior LCC Operator is a seasoned technical operator responsible for real-time monitoring of live events, ensuring optimal consumer device experiences, service stability, and CDN performance. This position is critical to maintaining high-quality live streaming operations and incident management during globally broadcasted events.
This position is part of our Flex Workforce.
As a Flex team member, you’ll work on a project-to-project basis, supporting a variety of leading media and technology clients. Flex roles are ongoing and dynamic—work may vary in cadence, length, and scope depending on client needs. This setup offers flexibility, exposure to top-tier companies, and the chance to grow your skills across multiple exciting assignments.
Specific schedules will vary by project and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
Independently operate and monitor complex live streaming events, ensuring service health and validating user experience across multiple platforms.
Utilize Client’s monitoring tools to detect, troubleshoot, and escalate issues across the end-to-end streaming pipeline
Lead incident response and management during live events, coordinating with engineering and operations teams to drive swift resolution.
Conduct root cause analyses and document findings in detailed post-incident reviews.
Develop, maintain, and improve operational runbooks and Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) in collaboration with LCC Operations Leads.
Oversee event handoffs, ensuring smooth transitions between operational shifts and teams.
Supervise and mentor Junior Operators, providing guidance on best practices and operational excellence.
Communicate effectively under pressure, maintaining clear and concise updates throughout live events.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience in live streaming operations (e.g., Master Control, NOC, TOC, or similar environments).
Strong technical understanding of live streaming pipelines, video delivery systems, and CDN infrastructure.
Proven experience managing live incident response and escalation workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain operational documentation.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead small teams.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by live event operations.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Experience working within large-scale streaming environments.
Familiarity with cloud-based media operations, monitoring dashboards, and automation workflows.
Background in technical operations leadership or live broadcast engineering.
Compensation:
This project-based role offers an hourly pay rate of $85/Hour.
