Senior Landscape Engineer

Kemet Corporation for BIM Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Engineer to lead landscape design coordination and BIM modeling activities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality landscape shop drawings, ensuring technical compliance, and integrating landscape elements within multidisciplinary BIM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of detailed landscape shop drawings (hardscape & softscape)
• Manage and oversee landscape models using Revit within a BIM environment
• Coordinate landscape levels with architectural, structural, and infrastructure disciplines
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes across different project models
• Review quantities and support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Ensure all landscape designs comply with project specifications and standards
• Monitor quality and accuracy of deliverables throughout project phases
• Guide and supervise junior engineers and review their submissions

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in landscape engineering, specifically in shop drawings
• Strong expertise in hardscape detailing and grading coordination
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory)
• Solid experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary model integration
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications
