✅ Oversee the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of lamination and gravure printing machines to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
✅ Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues affecting printing and lamination processes.
✅ Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
✅ Supervise and train machine operators and technicians on best practices for handling and maintaining lamination equipment.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance and operational activities.
✅ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize lamination processes and improve production efficiency.
✅ Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical components.
