𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴

  • Own and deliver Key Talent mandates end-to-end, managing multiple projects with expertise, precision, and care.
  • Independently manage client relationships, expectations, and day-to-day communication.
  • Confidently manage candidate process, offers and navigate complex or blocked searches.
  • Advise clients consultatively on hiring strategy, best practices, and next steps, leveraging thorough research and data insights.
  • Create and pitch strong proposals for potential Key Talent customers.
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and leverage your network to generate new leads for Key Talent and Executive Search.
  • Collaborate with Key Talent and Executive Search Consultants, Research, Talent Operations and company Leadership teams.


𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

  • Proven experience delivering senior IC and leadership hires - from setting up and executing a sourcing strategy through to hire.
  • Functional expertise in delivering Tech & Product searches is a must, exposure to hiring for other business areas is a plus. 
  • Track record of filling complex roles for high-growth tech companies with a fast-paced environment and a high hiring bar.
  • Ability to manage clients independently and build long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent project and time management skills and a self-driven, get-it-done attitude.
  • Commercial mindset with exposure to pitching, upselling, or revenue generation is highly desired.
  • Business-level proficiency of English is a must, German is a plus.
