Role Summary

The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key customers to drive sales, profitability, and sustainable business growth. This role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, negotiation capability, and cross-functional leadership to execute customer plans and achieve business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers at managerial and executive levels.
  • Lead annual customer business planning and joint business plans (JBP).
  • Manage trading terms, agreements, service levels, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive new product listings, promotions, and in-store / online visibility initiatives.
  • Business Planning & Sales Achievement
  • Prepare annual sales strategies, and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and market opportunities to maximize business growth.
  • Manage commercial budgets including promotion funds, trading terms, visibility, and listing fees.
  • Negotiate commercial terms such as margin, rebate, GP, rental, and commissions.
  • Develop competitive pricing and promotional strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotions and campaigns across all channels.
  • Analyze sales data, customer performance, category trends, and consumer insights.
  • Prepare monthly business reports including sell-in, sell-out, and performance vs target.
  • Lead and present customer business reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of Key Account experience.
  • Experience in Beauty, Retail, Department Stores and  Chain Stores Channels is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical capability.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent in Thai and English communication
