About Position

We are looking for two experienced Senior Java Developers to join a long-term, high-impact project for a major client in the financial sector. This is a crucial, long-term engagement focused on a large-scale data program.

You will be part of an Agile team responsible for developing and improving critical IT solutions related to Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, customer data streaming, and advanced analytics. This is a full-stack role where you will have the opportunity to work on complex backend systems while also handling frontend tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality, full-stack development, including design, coding, and testing.
• Actively participate in system design and architecture decisions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Be a strong, collaborative player in an Agile team, working closely with product owners, business analysts, and other engineers.
• Ensure the successful and secure delivery of high-quality software and IT services.

Technologies - Java SE, Spring, REST, Oracle DB, Kafka, Docker, Gradle, IntelliJ IDEA.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development;
• Strong experience with Spring framework and designing RESTful APIs;
• A solid analytical mindset combined with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• An initiative-driven approach, a strong sense of ownership, and an understanding of the business implications of your contributions.
• Prior experience working in an Agile environment (such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).

Salary range - from 5500 EUR to 7000 EUR monthly before taxes, 38-42 EUR/h plus VAT for contractors.
