As a Senior Java Developer at InTouch, you'll be at the heart of our technological evolution, helping to lead our migration from legacy systems to a modern tech stack; think Spring Boot, Java 21+, Apache Camel, PostgreSQL, Azure cloud, Kubernetes as your new tech playground. ⚙️

Requirements

What We’re Looking for in You:

👨‍💻 Seasoned Java Developer: Over 5 years of hands-on experience building scalable and robust Java solutions, with a strong background in system design, software development methodologies, and scalable architectures.

🔧 Architect of Change: You’re comfortable leading transformation projects, migrating legacy systems to new stacks, and exploring new technologies to ensure we stay ahead.

👥 Mentor & Collaborator: Your experience enables you to mentor junior engineers, guide collaborative projects, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

🚦 Quality-Driven Engineer: Passionate about best practices, automated testing, and delivering stable, reliable software that meets our long-term ambitions.
