Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with company objectives.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and software applications.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks.
Identify and recommend new technological solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT services and products.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Proven experience in managing Microsoft-based environments.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
Experience in leading IT projects and teams.
Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cybersecurity.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
Skills:
Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure services.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Needed Certifications:
Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
ITIL Certification
