Senior IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with company objectives. 
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and software applications. 
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks. 
• Identify and recommend new technological solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. 
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT services and products. 
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in managing Microsoft-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security. 
• Experience in leading IT projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cybersecurity.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages. 

Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure services.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
•  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
•  Effective communication and leadership skills.
•  Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Needed Certifications:

• Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• ITIL Certification
