  • Financial & Contract Ownership: Manage budgets, forecasts, and contracts, ensuring profitable, compliant delivery.
  • Inspire & Lead Teams: Coach, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Champion Traceable & Scalable Processes: Implement project management best practices, ensuring visibility, efficiency, and repeatable success.
  • Innovate & Grow: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, propose new ways to enhance delivery models, improve client outcomes, and expand business impact.
  • 12+ years of experience leading IT service delivery in client-facing roles.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities and act on them.
  • Strategic thinker with operational rigor.
  • Client-focused and outcome-driven.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
