We are looking for experienced IT recruiters with an appetite for hiring world-class software engineers, data scientists and technical operations engineers. Being able to put people first is key for this role: communication, trust and collaborative work, will be as relevant as any other skills, capability or experience.

You will be contributing to the decision-making process, by also creating and analyzing relevant data, that will ensure business sustainability, development and the pursuit of the team and organization's purpose.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Screening CV's
  • Conduct 1st Call with Tech Screening questions
  • Booking and conducting Cultural Interviews
  • Booking Technical interview
  • Retrieve information on needs and explore the market to find the best talent.
  • Understand the several needs and urgency from projects and find the best match for all of them.
  • publishing Job Specs and be part of employer branding campaigns.

Requirements

We’re Looking for Someone Who…

  • Is self-driven, energetic, and disciplined, able to take a loosely defined project and drive it through to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Can work proactively without a predefined to-do list, tackling challenges that require both a big-picture perspective and strong attention to detail.
  • Thinks creatively about where and how to attract talented candidates, using a variety of sourcing channels and strategies.
  • Has a strong understanding of technology and keeps up with current technology trends.
  • Can evaluate candidates’ competencies and match them effectively with the technical needs of the team or project.

Your Technical Toolkit:

  • Strong understanding of various IT roles, including the tools, technologies, and frameworks associated with them.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews and asking relevant technical questions.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate technical roles and skill sets effectively.
  • Experience coordinating and scheduling technical interviews with engineering teams, demonstrating resilience and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates’ competencies against the technical needs of the team or project.
  • A collaborative mindset, actively engaging with colleagues and striving to make a positive impact on those around you.
  • Curiosity and initiative to explore new leads and opportunities, whether through active sourcing, reading tech blogs, or keeping up with industry news.
  • Ability to identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Experience working closely with technical teams to understand hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies with team needs.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
