K2 Partnering Solutions è alla ricerca di un Senior IT Recruiter / 360 Consultant (PERM) da inserire nel team.
Il ruolo è delivery-first, con responsabilità sulla gestione end-to-end dell’intero ciclo di recruiting, e prevede l’utilizzo di un network clienti già esistente per generare nuove opportunità PERM e sviluppare gli account nel tempo.
Il candidato ideale è un professionista hands-on, con esperienza comprovata in contesti 360 (recruitment + gestione clienti), abituato a lavorare in ambienti consulenziali o di agenzia dinamici e ad alte performance.
Gestione end-to-end del processo di recruiting PERM: raccolta requisiti, sourcing, colloqui, gestione dell’offerta e onboarding
Garantire una delivery costante in linea con i target (5 CV a settimana / 20 CV al mese)
Conduzione di colloqui con i candidati (tecnici e comportamentali) e attività di market research approfondita
Costruzione e mantenimento di pipeline di candidati solide
Assicurare un’eccellente candidate experience
Aggiornamento puntuale delle attività su sistemi CRM / ATS
Identificazione di eventuali colli di bottiglia nella delivery e proposta proattiva di soluzioni
Apporto di un portafoglio clienti esistente o relazioni attive nel recruiting IT/tecnologico
Sviluppo e crescita degli account clienti in collaborazione con il management K2 e il team Sales
Gestione end-to-end delle relazioni con i clienti (raccolta requisiti, delivery, follow-up)
Supporto all’acquisizione di nuovo business PERM attraverso il proprio network e referenze
Collaborazione stretta con il team Sales su account strategici o di grandi dimensioni
3–8+ anni di esperienza come IT Recruiter / 360 Consultant (PERM)
Solido background in contesti di recruiting fortemente orientati alla delivery
Esperienza comprovata nella gestione sia dei candidati sia dei clienti
Esperienza in società di consulenza, agenzie di recruiting o staffing company
Capacità dimostrata di generare fatturato tramite il proprio network clienti (anche parzialmente)
Ottima conoscenza del mercato IT e dei ruoli tecnologici
Esperienza con target, quota o responsabilità di fatturato costituisce un plus
Inglese: fluente (obbligatorio)
Italiano: fluente
Elevata autonomia e senso di responsabilità
Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e gestire più priorità
Alta resilienza e gestione della frustrazione
Attitudine positiva, energica e proattiva

K2 Partnering Solutions is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter / 360 Consultant (PERM) to join the team.
The role is delivery-first, managing the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end, while also leveraging an existing client network to generate new PERM opportunities and grow accounts over time.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on delivery expert with proven exposure to 360 environments (recruitment + client management), used to working in fast-paced consulting or agency settings.
Delivery (core focus)
Manage the end-to-end PERM recruiting process: intake, sourcing, interviews, offer management and onboarding
Deliver consistent recruiting output aligned with targets (5 CVs per week / 20 CVs per month)
Conduct candidate interviews (technical & behavioral) and in-depth market research
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Ensure excellent candidate experience
Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM / ATS systems
Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions
Client & Business Development (360 component)
Bring an existing client portfolio or active relationships in IT/technology hiring
Develop and grow client accounts in partnership with K2 leadership and Sales
Manage client relationships end-to-end (requirements intake, delivery, follow-ups)
Support the acquisition of new PERM business through existing network and referrals
Collaborate closely with Sales on larger or strategic accounts
3–8+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter / 360 Consultant (PERM)
Strong background in delivery-focused recruitment environments
Proven experience managing both candidates and clients
Experience in consulting firms, recruitment agencies or staffing companies
Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through own client network (even if partial)
Solid understanding of the IT market and technology roles
Previous quota / revenue ownership experience is a strong plus
English: fluent (mandatory)
Italian: fluent
