THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to our Corp IT team in Brazil - Remote, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. 

The IT team plays a crucial role in enabling Wellhub’s success by maintaining a secure, efficient, and accessible technology environment. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing modern work and cloud solutions, leveraging platforms such as Google Workspace and Azure,  with a focus on server infrastructure and the strategic integration of AI. 

Your experience, knowledge and attitude will be instrumental in driving our IT engineering initiatives, focusing on developing scalable solutions and fostering an engineering culture within the team, emphasizing automation, scalability, and knowledge sharing.
You will play a critical part in safeguarding our digital assets, ensuring seamless access for our global workforce, shaping our IAM strategy, and optimizing our IT infrastructure to support Wellhub's continued growth and success.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Architect Scalable Modern Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, secure IT solutions across Azure, Google Workspace, and Intune, ensuring a managed workspace that scales with our global workforce.
  • Master the Identity Lifecycle: Lead the strategy for Entra ID and IGA-related solutions, automating the "Joiner, Mover, Leaver" (JML) processes and SCIM provisioning for several integrated applications.
  • Drive Automation-First Operations: Eliminate manual IT bottlenecks by developing custom scripts and API-driven workflows to automate software packaging, deployment, and user lifecycle management.
  • Lead Cloud & AI Strategy: Proactively execute our cloud roadmap, aligning technology with business goals while exploring and integrating AI solutions to optimize IT efficiency and user experience.
  • Secure the Modern Environment: Actively implement and maintain security measures, including Conditional Access, DLP, and compliance policies, to protect our identity ecosystem and end-user devices.
  • Partner for Business Results: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate departmental needs into effective, scalable technology solutions that drive productivity and collaboration.
  • Resolve Complex Technical Challenges: Act as a high-level escalation point for troubleshooting workspace infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless operation for our global team.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain expert-level knowledge of emerging trends in cloud computing, modern work, and AI to keep our infrastructure at the forefront of the industry.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Modern Workplace Architect: You have deep expertise in designing and implementing cloud/server infrastructure, specifically within Azure, Google Workspace, and Intune environments.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expert: You possess advanced knowledge of identity governance and the user lifecycle. You are comfortable managing multiple app integrations (SSO/Provisioning) and implementing IGA-related solutions like to enhance identity lifecycle management.
  • Automation-Minded Professional: You are proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Shell) and use these skills to interact with APIs, automate SCIM provisioning, and streamline infrastructure management.
  • Cloud Governance Specialist: You have a solid, in-depth understanding of cloud computing models, security (DLP, BYOD, Conditional Access), and governance across various platform technologies.
  • AI Integrator: You are a curious problem-solver, keen to explore and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to optimize IT operations and enhance the end-user experience.
  • Technical Communicator: You can effectively translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment across the business.
  • Agile Learner: You are eager to embrace new technologies and stay current with industry trends in modern work, cloud computing, and AI applications.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You are a true team player who loves collaborating with others to achieve shared goals and thrives in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
