Reporting to the IT Manager, you will ensure the redundancy, scalability, and security of our client infrastructure. Your primary focus will be manage core enterprise IT systems, with a emphasis on Okta. Additionally, you will help build our automation strategy, improve processes, and enhance overall efficiency across our IT infrastructure.
You understand enterprise-level identity management solutions and and help implement system and process improvements.
What you will do
You'll be the Okta expert, the go-to person for all things Okta: think user setup, security, and making sure everyone can log in smoothly
You'll get to play with connecting different apps and services, making sure they all talk to each other nicely
You'll help keep things secure with things like MFA and other security policies
You'll be there to fix things that go wrong and keep the Okta system running smoothly
You'll work with other IT and security folks to make sure everything's aligned
You'll be the expert on some main tools like Cyberehave and Carbon Black, and help the team level up
You'll use Jira to manage requests and keep things organized
You are an advocate of seamless Apple-Windows-Linux hardware/software administration and cutting-edge automations, ensuring unparalleled user experiences and security standards
You'll find ways to automate stuff and make life easier for everyone
You'll look for ways to make things better and share your knowledge with the team
You'll define procedures and best practices for internal knowledge base
You will lead transformative IT projects, improving hardware management and employee transitions
What we look for
You have a degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of working experience
Knowledge of automation platforms is a big plus
You are familiar with common apps like Google Workspace and Slack
You'll need to figure out complex issues
You have the knowledge of some scripting languages like Python is helpful
You have knowledge of Jira & Confluence and tools like Intune and Kandji is necessary
You have familiarity with regulations like SOC2 and ISO
Building API integrations is a bonus
IAM Knowledge: Understanding of identity and access management
You have Okta and other certifications
Mentor: You'll help mentor other IT staff

The U.S. annual salary for this full-time position is between $114,000 and 143,000 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
