Job Summary:
Hands-on Senior IT professional responsible for managing end-to-end IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, security, network, virtualization, and office IT operations in a small to mid-size organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years IT infrastructure experience
- Hands-on experience in small or mid-size organization
- Broad technical knowledge across IT domains
- Technical expertise on the following- Windows Server & Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Networking, firewall, VPN, Enterprise Wi-Fi deployment, Virtualization platforms, RDP / Remote access, Endpoint management (Intune preferred), Hardware troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Cloud
- Manage servers, storage, and virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware / Proxmox)
- Administer Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace / Entra ID
- User lifecycle management and access control
- Backup, monitoring, and capacity planning
Network & Wi-Fi
- Manage firewall, VPN, LAN/WAN
- VLAN and network segmentation
- Design and manage enterprise Wi-Fi
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
Endpoint & Hardware
- Manage Windows and macOS devices
- MDM / patching / endpoint security
- Laptop, desktop, and server hardware troubleshooting
- Switches, firewall, and AP deployment
Virtualization & RDP
- Manage virtual machines and host infrastructure
- Deploy and manage RDP / terminal servers
- Secure remote access (VPN + RDP)
- Bastion / jump server management
Security & Compliance
- Implement security baseline and hardening
- Access reviews and privilege management
- Backup and disaster recovery
- Support audit and compliance requirements
Office IT & Migration
- New office IT setup and expansion
- Office relocation and IT migration
- Meeting room and workspace setup
- Structured cabling and Wi-Fi planning
SaaS & Vendor Management
- Manage SaaS tools and licenses
- IT vendor coordination
