Senior IT Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, your main role is to understand client needs and deliver IT solutions that meet their goals. You also lead and mentor your team, guiding them through requirements, solution design, and implementation. Your leadership helps the team grow, ensures best practices are followed, and ensures the project is a success for both clients and the team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify complex system's needs
• Communicate the client's requirements to the project team
• Provide IT-based solution and model
• Deliver technical documentation and IT solution proposals
• Support IT-based project and product management
• Enhance and document internal and external business process
• Research, document, and adapt new stack technology
• Mentoring the junior and mid-level business analysts by guiding them on best practices, methodologies, and tools
• Have fun with the Analyst team.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years experience as Senior/Lead Business Analyst
• Has experience in writing software requirement specification/technical design documents
• Has experience in IT testing (Writing test cases, executing testing, supporting UAT)
• Able to communicate things clearly, in a good chronological
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking to explore our journey and marvelous skills to work in a team, also have a keen attention to each of details
