Senior IT Business Analyst

• Analysing and documentation of business requirements related to IT projects.
• As a member of an agile IT team, clarification and prioritization of emerging needs, design and documentation of solutions and functionalities aligned with business requirements, and support for implementation.
• Managing business stakeholders and active collaboration with business units.
• Cooperation with development teams (both internal and external) to support implementation through effective communication of business needs and planned functionalities.
• Continuous planning and tracking of IT Business Analyst resources, supporting operations in line with the unified project framework.
• Test management of developments, participation in testing, and organizing and conducting training sessions

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in agile IT development teams in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in assessing and designing business processes. Ability to understand business needs and problems, and to design IT functionalities that provide effective solutions.
• Proactive and independent task planning and organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Precise work ethic and internal motivation to produce high-quality specifications and documentation.
• Ability to translate information between business and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business process assessment and design.

Advantages:
