  • Support integration and interoperability activities, ensuring APIs and data exchange layers are well specified, tested, and documented.

  • Lead documentation efforts, including user guides, standard operating procedures, technical overviews, and onboarding materials to ensure long-term maintainability and knowledge transfer.

  • Engage in stakeholder communication and change management, facilitating adoption of tools and practices across a range of users and technical maturity levels.

  • Master’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, technical solution design, and software integration, especially in public or scientific domains.

  • Strong experience in stakeholder management across diverse disciplines (scientific, legal, technical, communications).

  • Experience working in the public health or epidemic/pandemic intelligence domain.

  • Proven track record of working with international organizations 

  • Proficiency in BPMN and tools such as draw.io, Lucidchart.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Wiki, Test Suites, Configuration).

  • Expertise in SQL, RDBMS, HTML, XML, JSON, CSS.

  • Experience with Figma, Miro, and other collaborative wireframing/design tools.

  • Strong writing and presentation skills in English for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mentoring, and change management capabilities.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with epidemiological modelling or mathematical modelling for infectious diseases.

  • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA), Agile (e.g., PMI-ACP), or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

  • Contributions to business analysis or project management communities (e.g., talks, publications).

  • Familiarity with open-source health IT solutions.
