(Senior) IP Specialist (f/m/d)

Reporting directly to the VP IP Management you will be part of a small, highly specialized team.

Your responsibilities:

• Identification of patenting opportunities, drafting of patent applications and development of suitable filing strategies
• Handling of all stages of patent prosecution, including requesting SPCs/PTEs where applicable
• Supporting the Patent Conflicts Team as needed
• Additional tasks based on experience and/or interest

Requirements

Your profile:

• Fully or partially qualified European patent attorney
• Excellent master’s degree in organic chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry or related studies required; a PhD is desirable
• Proactive with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least a willingness to learn German
