The Impact You’ll Make

As a Senior iOS Engineer at Incode, you’ll shape the future of our mobile identity platform by leading the development and evolution of our iOS SDKs - delivering seamless, high-performance mobile experiences for enterprise clients worldwide. You’ll embed machine-learning and biometric capabilities to bring identity verification directly to users’ devices, ensuring speed, reliability, and security at scale. Your contribution will define the standard for mobile identity globally.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• SDK Architecture & Development - Lead the design, build, and long-term evolution of iOS SDKs used by enterprise clients globally, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of integration.
• Machine Learning Integration - Drive the optimization and on-device integration of ML models, delivering fast, accurate, and reliable intelligence within iOS applications.
• Performance & Scalability Optimization - Own profiling, debugging, and optimization efforts to ensure best-in-class performance, efficiency, and scalability across devices.
• Engineering Excellence & DevOps - Establish and enforce best practices across CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review processes to enable rapid, high-quality delivery.
• Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design to influence roadmap decisions and ensure solutions meet both customer needs and technical excellence.
• Mentorship & Technical Leadership - Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and raise the overall bar for iOS development, performance optimization, and code quality.

Your Background

• 7+ years of professional experience in iOS development, with proven track record in building and maintaining iOS SDKs.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Deep knowledge of AVFoundation, Core ML, and Vision frameworks - especially in context of ML / biometric / real-time image/video processing.
• Strong skills in performance profiling, optimization, and debugging for mobile applications.
• Solid experience with Git workflows, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit and UI testing).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in identity verification, biometric systems, or on-device ML/AI.
• Published iOS SDKs or apps used by enterprise customers.
• Experience leading or mentoring other engineers or owning mobile SDK roadmap and architecture.
