Senior iOS Developer - InPost Pay (f/m/n)

At InPost we have built one of the most well recognised and appreciated mobile applications in the European Logistics sector, with 11+ million users, and we are not stopping there. Our next step is conquering international European market and scaling our Mobile platform and applications across Europe.   

We are looking for experienced iOS developers to join us in that journey - heavily influence our platform build, improve processes and help us deliver best native app experience in the market. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain high‑quality iOS applications using Swift and Objective‑C, with a focus on performance and user experience
• Refactor and improve existing codebases to ensure scalability and maintainability
• Apply MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles in day‑to‑day development
• Write test‑covered, production‑ready code and contribute to team technical decisions
• Collaborate in an agile, cross‑functional team, participating in planning and reviews
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and coding standards
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release processesCI/CD pipelines, release processes, and version control using Git
• Work closely with design and product teams to deliver solutions aligned with UI/UX best practices
• Use AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity while critically evaluating AI‑generated outputs
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation

• Be comfortable working in an agile cross-functional team.
• The ability to comfortably work independently in Objective-C & Swift, refactoring existing code to improve its design, and working in an agile environment.
• Develop test-covered code at a high quality and take part in team decisions to build scalable and maintainable apps.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and standards are followed.
• Document technical specifications, installation procedures, and other relevant information for applications.
• An understanding of Mobile Software architectures, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with CI/CD and release process. A good understanding of how to use Git.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and material design.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems. 
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows.
