Senior integration engineer

BlackStone eIT is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of complex integration solutions that enable our software products to work together seamlessly. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure integrations meet both technical and business requirements, ultimately enhancing overall productivity and efficiency.

As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the evolution of integration strategies within the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust integration workflows and solutions across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain integration processes, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Identify and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about the latest integration technologies and methodologies to enhance current systems.
• Document all integration processes and maintain an updated repository of integration standards.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of integration tools and technology stacks.
• Lead by example and mentor junior engineers in best practices of systems integration.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems integration and middleware management.
• In-depth knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache NiFi, Dell Boomi).
• Strong experience with API design and development (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with database systems and proficiency in SQL.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/scrum environments is preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer) are advantageous.
