The Role: Senior Integrated Marketing Manager
We are seeking a proven Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to significantly scale our business by building and executing comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through a multi-channel approach, which includes developing repeatable lead-generation campaigns with key strategic partners. You will be directly responsible for designing and implementing integrated marketing programs that build demand and accelerate pipeline across our primary markets, including logistics, government, and enterprise sectors.
Additionally, you will turn our strategic customer base into a high-velocity marketing engine through co-branded success stories, events, and reference programs. This role is crucial for establishing and scaling Altana’s pipeline motions, requiring deep collaboration with sales, product, and partner leadership. You will be responsible for both actively deploying programs that contribute to pipeline goals and building this high-impact function within the organization. This requires hands-on project management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for using data and performance metrics to fuel growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For:

Develop and Execute Joint GTM Plans: Design and implement comprehensive co-marketing plans and joint demand generation campaigns with key alliance partners focused on pipeline creation and accelerating existing opportunities.

Manage Partner Activation: Serve as the primary marketing liaison for our strategic alliances, coordinating co-branded content (webinars, whitepapers, events), sales enablement materials, and launch programs that successfully position our integrated solutions.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns for existing customer upsell to drive engagement and pipeline within high-value accounts, leveraging joint content, tailored events, and co-branded outreach.

Enablement & Resources: Develop partner-facing marketing toolkits, messaging frameworks, and collateral that enable our alliance partners' sales and marketing teams to effectively position and sell our joint offerings.

Reporting & Optimization: Lead post-program analysis, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to measure the direct and indirect impact of partnerships on the sales pipeline, providing insights to inform future strategy.

Budget Management: Manage budget, logistics, and vendor relationships as they relate to investment allocation across partner-driven channels to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to align partner and channel efforts with overall strategic goals and ensure consistent, compelling messaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-7 years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a focus on Channel, Alliance, or Partner Marketing within the technology space.
- Consistent track record of developing and executing integrated GTM programs that successfully leverage partner ecosystems to deliver on pipeline targets.
- Proven ability to work effectively with external stakeholders, including partners' marketing, sales, and executive teams, managing expectations and driving consensus.
- Deep understanding of the indirect sales cycle and how to generate demand through partners and key customer channels.
- A champion for data who is able to articulate the ROI of marketing partnerships and optimize spending based on performance.
- Extremely organized, adept at managing multiple external timelines, and capable of establishing best practices for a growing partnership marketing function.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excited about working in a dynamic environment and building a world-class partnership program from the ground up.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Salesforce, Hubspot, or other comparable marketing and reporting platforms. Use of multi-touch attribution tools like Calibermind and CRM platforms like Crossbeam are a plus.
This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, USA with hybrid work flexibility and candidates must be within commuting distance from our Williamsburg office.
US Salary Range and Benefits
Salary: $145,000 - $175,000
Compensation & Equity: The salary range, to the extent specified for this role, is a good faith statement of the minimum and maximum levels of the annual based salary for the position. The base salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on a wide range of compensation factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are considered part of Altana's total compensation package. Altana also offers either a discretionary bonus or a variable compensation plan depending on the role.
