Senior Innovation Product Analyst

Overview: 

SageSure is seeking a Senior Innovation Product Analyst to drive the analytics and process discipline behind our new business onboarding and inspection vendor performance. This is a high-impact role designed to help scale operations across multiple inspection vendors, ensure consistency and accuracy in post-bind activities, and improve our models and processes. 

In this role, you will be a strategic partner who analyzes inspection and replacement cost estimation data, identifies performance trends, works with stakeholders to create process documentation and playbooks, and recommends improvements that directly impact customer experience, underwriting accuracy, and company risk management. 

What you’d be doing: 

• Transform, analyze, and visualize a wide array of inspection data streams across multiple inspection vendors to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and performance trends. 
• Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and guidelines for replacement cost estimation, and other onboarding processes. 
• Partner with Data Science to provide operational input and validate models used to optimize inspections and vendor selection. 
• Build dashboards and reports to track inspection vendor outcomes, cycle times, and quality metrics. 
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance vendor performance, reduce cost, and improve onboarding efficiency. 
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Software, Data Management, Underwriting, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of analytics-driven insights. 
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders to inform vendor strategy and operational decisions. 

We’re looking for someone who has: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, analytics, data science, or related technical field. 
• 5-7 years of experience analyzing large datasets and translating complex data into actionable insights for business partners. 
• Proficiency in common statistical data analysis and modeling techniques and/or experience with tools Python, R, SQL, Zapier, etc.   
• Strong time management skills with the ability to make progress across multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Experience documenting processes and building scalable playbooks with proven track record driving process improvements and measurable operational outcomes. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking across various disciplines. 

Highly preferred candidates also have: 

• Experience in property & casualty insurance operations or other high-volume, highly regulated industries. 
• Prior working experience within a home service-related role. 
• Post-graduate degree in engineering, business, analytics, data science, or related technical field
