Mission

The Role 

We build decision intelligence software that helps the world's biggest companies make better decisions with AI, replacing spreadsheets and slide decks with a mobile-first app that pushes actionable insights directly to decision-makers. 

As a Senior Innovation Designer, you'll bring fresh thinking to everything you touch - turning ordinary features into memorable moments, and exploring what decision-making looks like on emerging platforms.  

Whether you're crafting an experience that makes users smile on their phone today or prototyping for Vision Pro tomorrow, you bring the same creative ambition: investigating new forms of human interaction and making ideas that feel like science fiction real. 

Your profile

What You'll Do 

  • Design standout features that elevate the core product experience - interactions, motion, moments that make users smile
  • Explore new interaction paradigms for emerging platforms (Vision Pro, Apple Watch, voice AI, etc)
  • Lead concept development for features that don't exist yet
  • Partner with engineering to understand what's technically possible and push those boundaries
  • Run rapid experiments tovalidate(or kill) concepts early
  • Stay plugged into emerging technology, design trends, and platform capabilities
  • Help improve our team's processes, especially through AI tools

What You Bring 

  • 5+ years of design experience, with a portfolio that shows genuine innovation (not just iteration)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on ambiguous, exploratory projects
  • Strong conceptual thinking - you can envision products that don't exist yet
  • Hands-on prototyping skills - whatever tools get ideas into testable form fastest
  • Technical curiosity - you want to understand how things work, not just how they look
  • Comfort presenting and defending bold ideas
  • Entrepreneurial mentality - you continuously find new ways to amplify yourself with AI
  • Bachelor’s degree in a creative discipline or human-computer interaction
  • Fluent English
